📌 Job Role and Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Operating light vehicles safely and adhering to all traffic laws.
• Providing a high level of customer service to passengers.
• Assisting passengers with luggage and special requests.
• Handling cash and card payments accurately.
• Ensuring vehicle cleanliness and minor upkeep on a daily basis.

📌 Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this role, applicants must:

• Hold a valid driving license (UAE, GCC, or home country).
• Be between the ages of 23 and 50.
• Have a good knowledge of Dubai’s roads and traffic patterns.
• Be fluent in communication with a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Be willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

📌 Salary and Benefits

• Monthly Earnings: AED 4,000 – AED 5,999 (based on performance and commission structure – up to 37% of revenue).
• Visa & Employment: Direct employment with Dubai Taxi Company, including a 2-year visa.
• Additional Perks: Free uniform, medical insurance, monthly allowance during processing, and taxi permit training.
• Processing Times:
  • UAE license holders: Within 45 days
  • GCC/Home country license holders: Within 60 days
