• Review tender documents & project specifications
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for FM projects (Hard & Soft Services)
• Coordinate with suppliers & subcontractors for pricing
• Develop BOQs and cost breakdowns
• Assist in technical & commercial bid proposals
• Ensure estimates follow pricing strategy & profit margin targets
• Liaise with operations & engineering teams
• Maintain updated pricing, supplier, and market trend records

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Facility Management
