The selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the financial and operational accuracy of the company’s accounting processes. The responsibilities include:
- Posting direct settlement receipts and ensuring correct allocation.
- Preparing allocation reports for insurance companies and consistently following up on receipts.
- Handling the deposit of insurance company cheques to correspondent banks.
- Addressing and resolving queries from insurance companies related to receipts and allocation.
- Managing the process of cheque return notifications and following up for alternative payments.
- Maintaining thorough records of all direct settlement-related activities.
This role requires a candidate who is meticulous with numbers and well-organized in handling financial documentation.
Skills and Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the Accounts Assistant position:
