• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
• Familiarity with ERP, Server, and POS Systems
• Experience with firewalls, Internet VPNs, remote implementation, troubleshooting
• Office 365 & Google Workspace configuration & troubleshooting
• Camera & biometric devices configuration
• Hands-on SQL Server experience
• Domain configuration & maintenance
• Knowledge of Active Directory & Group Policies
• Website maintenance & development
• Hardware & software troubleshooting
