📌 Requirements:

Candidates must be able to:

• Swim 100 metres freestyle
• Swim 100 metres backstroke
• Swim 50 metres in less than 60 seconds
• Dive 2 metres and retrieve a 4 kg object from the bottom of the pool
• Swim 10 metres on their back while carrying a 4 kg object
• Tread water continuously for 5 minutes
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
