📌 For QAQC Engineers:

• 10–15+ years experience in QAQC (construction projects)
• Minimum 3+ years in lead role (for Lead QAQC Engineer)
• Experience in:
  • Villas / Buildings / High-rise projects
  • UAE/GCC construction sector
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Contract specifications
  • Approved submittals
  • ITPs (Inspection Test Plans)
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification preferred

📌 For QAQC Inspector:

• Conduct site inspections
• Verify materials and equipment
• Maintain inspection reports & documentation
• Report non-conformances (NCR)
