🔥 Senior Team Leader – Fire Pump
- UAE Driving License
- Civil Defense Card or Diploma
- Minimum 3 years GCC experience in Fire Pump maintenance
⚡ Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and test fire pumps
- Perform preventive maintenance (lubrication, alignment, pressure checks)
- Diesel Engine General Servicing
- Fire Pump Performance Testing
- Pump gland packing & mechanical seal replacement
- Troubleshoot & repair Non UL & UL Jockey, Electric & Diesel Pumps
- Troubleshoot & repair Non UL & UL Fire Pump Control Panels
- Maintain compliance & insurance records
- Respond to emergency issues or failures
🧱 Technician – IRATA LEVEL 1
- Immediate Joiners
- Minimum 1 year experience in façade cleaning using Rope Access
- Mandatory IRATA Level 1 Certification
⚡ Key Responsibilities:
- Perform façade and glass cleaning using rope access techniques as per safety & quality standards
- Assist in setup and dismantling of rope access systems (anchoring, rigging)
- Clean building exteriors, signage, skylights, curtain walls, canopies, etc.
- Follow instructions from Level 3 Rope Access Technicians and Supervisors
- Conduct daily PPE and rope gear inspections
- Ensure correct use of cleaning materials, tools, and chemicals
- Maintain housekeeping of equipment and worksite
- Report safety incidents or equipment defects immediately
- Comply with IRATA Code of Practice, HSE policies, and client requirements
- Assist with ground-level tasks when not on rope
