• AC Technician

Experienced in VRF System Split AC Unit, Ductable Split AC Unit, and Package Unit.

• MEP Technician

ITI or NCVT with 6-8 years‘ UAE experience in Maintenance of VAV system, chilled water system FCU’s, Exhaust fan, Knowledge in CAFM system, Wiring related to FCU controls.

• Plumber

ITI with 8-10 years‘ UAE experience in maintenance of portable water system, drainage system, replacement of WC, Wash basin, bathtubs, plumbing faucets. Knowledge of plumbing pumps and firefighting systems is an added advantage.

• BMS Operator

Proven experience as a BMS operator, Working knowledge of BMS, HVAC, lighting, building automation, and security systems. Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.

• Electrician

ITI with 8-10 years‘ UAE experience in maintenance of electrical systems. Knowledge of plumbing pumps and firefighting systems is an added advantage.

• Civil Technician

Knowledge of Civil, carpentry, and painting with experience in related jobs.

• Multiskilled Technician

Min. 5 years of similar experience in Electrical Maintenance, UAE/GCC experience mandatory. ITI-NCVT Technical or Diploma qualification required. Proficiency in English and Hindi communication. Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

• Accountant

Experience with Credit control and collection accountability. Valid UAE DL required. Arabic speaker preferred.

• Full Stack Developer

Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks like React or Angular) and back-end languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, Java, Node.js). Familiarity with databases, web servers, UI/UX design, and code versioning tools like Git.
