Requirements:
Candidates interested in the Retail Sales Associate position must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience: 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in sports retail.
- Skills: Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
- Flexibility: Ability to multitask, stay attentive to customer needs, and adapt to business requirements.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and emails.
Responsibilities:
The Retail Sales Associate will have the following duties:
- Assisting customers in selecting suitable products.
- Driving sales through engaging customer interactions, suggestive selling, and product knowledge sharing.
- Providing a warm and welcoming environment by greeting and assisting customers.
- Addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Upselling and cross-selling products to meet sales goals.
- Managing inventory tasks such as stocking and receiving merchandise.
