Requirements:

Candidates interested in the Retail Sales Associate position must meet the following qualifications:

• Experience: 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in sports retail.
• Skills: Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
• Flexibility: Ability to multitask, stay attentive to customer needs, and adapt to business requirements.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and emails.

Responsibilities:

The Retail Sales Associate will have the following duties:

• Assisting customers in selecting suitable products.
• Driving sales through engaging customer interactions, suggestive selling, and product knowledge sharing.
• Providing a warm and welcoming environment by greeting and assisting customers.
• Addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Upselling and cross-selling products to meet sales goals.
• Managing inventory tasks such as stocking and receiving merchandise.
• Contributing to store cleanliness and maintaining a visually appealing retail space.

• Salary Range: AED 2,500 – AED 3,500 per month
