✅ Technician – IRATA Level 1 & 2 (Rope Access)

📌 Requirements:

• Immediate joiners only
• Minimum 1 year experience in façade cleaning using rope access
• Experience working on projects
• Mandatory IRATA Level 1 or Level 2 certification

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform façade and glass cleaning using rope access techniques as per safety and quality standards
• Assist in setup and dismantling of rope access systems (anchoring & rigging) under supervision
• Carry out high-level cleaning of building exteriors, curtain walls, canopies, skylights, signage, etc.
• Follow instructions from IRATA Level 3 Technicians and Supervisors
• Conduct daily inspection of PPE and rope access equipment
• Ensure proper use of cleaning tools, materials, and chemicals
• Maintain equipment and worksite housekeeping
• Report safety incidents, hazards, or equipment defects immediately
• Comply with IRATA Code of Practice, company HSE policies, and client requirements
• Support ground-level tasks and logistics when required
