📌 Eligibility Criteria:
For Both Roles:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and typing skills
For Senior Call Center Agent:
- Minimum 6 months UAE contact center experience (mandatory)
- Experience handling inbound & outbound calls, emails, and live chat
