Abu Dhabi : Release 1530 prisoners ahead of National Day President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan ordered. He also said that the financial obligations of the released prisoners will be settled. Those freed at the mercy of the kingdom get a chance to rethink their future and lead a better life.
UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum ordered the release of 1040 prisoners in Dubai.
Shaikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, a member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, pardoned 333 prisoners in Sharjah. Those who comply with all the conditions and show good behavior during the sentence are released. Sharjah Police Commander-in-Chief Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi praised the Ruler’s mercy in keeping the families of those released intact.
Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, a member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, ordered the release of 153 prisoners in Fujairah. Fujairah Police Deputy Commander in Chief Brigadier Mohammed bin Naye Al Tunaiji expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Ruler of Fujairah.
Shaikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, a member of the Supreme Council and the ruler of Ajman, released 111 prisoners in Ajman. Ajman Police Commander-in-Chief Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi expressed his gratitude for giving the prisoners a chance to start a new life and bring happiness to their families.
