- Sales Manager – 4 positions
Must have at least five years of experience in the banking industry and a proven track record of success throughout the full sales process, with a focus on lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing.
Must achieve the growth and client acquisition goals. Will also be accountable for optimizing sales team capabilities and designing sales plans.
- Team leader- 10 positions
We are looking for high-performing team leaders with a track record of success who will set a positive example, build a high-performing team, manage daily tasks, and track team performance.
A minimum of three years in the same position at a DSA or bank are required.
- Relationship Officer – 20 Positions
A proven track record in the same industry and at least two years of market experience in the UAE.
- Sr.Sales Representative -50 Positions
A proven track record in the same industry and at least two years of market experience in the UAE.
- Sales Executive – 100 Positions
Freshers in the UAE are required to have banking expertise back home in the sales of credit cards and/or personal loans.
